Try Before You Buy Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment

Try Before You Buy orders are reviewed by Willett Vacuum of Larchmont before shipment.

If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we may cancel the order and release or cancel the payment authorization.

Willett Vacuum of Larchmont also reserves the right to cancel a Try Before You Buy order before shipment. If we cancel the order before shipment, the vacuum will not be shipped and the applicable payment authorization will be canceled or released.

After Shipment

Once a Try Before You Buy vacuum has shipped, the order can no longer be canceled as an unshipped order.

If you decide not to keep the vacuum after receiving it, the order will instead be handled as a return under our Try Before You Buy Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

You must notify Willett Vacuum of Larchmont before the end of your 3-day trial if you intend to return the vacuum. Once the return is approved and return instructions are provided, the vacuum must be shipped back within 3 calendar days.

Applicable return shipping charges, restocking fees, charges for missing items, or charges for damage may apply in accordance with our Try Before You Buy Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
