Shipping Policy

Try Before You Buy Orders

Try Before You Buy orders are reviewed by Willett Vacuum of Larchmont before shipment.

After your order is placed, we will contact you to confirm your order and make sure the vacuum you selected is appropriate for your home.

Submission of an order does not guarantee shipment. Willett Vacuum of Larchmont reserves the right to cancel an order before shipment. If an order is canceled before shipment, the payment authorization will be canceled or released.

Shipping

Qualifying Try Before You Buy vacuum orders include free outbound standard shipping within the contiguous United States.

Orders are shipped after they have been reviewed and approved.

Delivery times vary depending on product availability, destination, carrier service, weather, and other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Your Trial Begins Upon Delivery

Your 3-day Try Before You Buy trial begins when carrier tracking indicates that the vacuum has been delivered.

Shipping time to your home does not count toward your 3-day trial.

Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and for ensuring that the package can be safely received at the delivery location.

Please inspect your shipment promptly after delivery and contact Willett Vacuum of Larchmont if the package or vacuum appears to have been damaged in transit.

Returns

Return shipping is not included with the free outbound shipping offer.

If you choose to return your vacuum during the Try Before You Buy period, please refer to our Try Before You Buy Policy and Return & Refund Policy for complete return instructions and applicable costs.
